How to Order & Enroll as as Sales Rep

1. Decide at what level you want to join - Senior, Silver, Gold or Diamond level.  Please review the Compensation Plan for the advantages of each.  It's simply based on how much product of your choice you want in total.
   
2. Choose the product(s) you want and how many of each.
3. The minimum purchase to be a Sales Rep is $240 USD in products of your choice. Shipping is included in price except outside of North America.  There is a flat $50USD charge. (We have some speciail international shipping options for our GTGG Team that can save you money.)

Completing the Enrollment Form - As you complete each line and go to the next, the previous line will show a green circle with a white Ok when it's correct. If it's skipped or incorrect, it will show a red circle that needs to be corrected.  Once you're enrolled and have your Member ID#, you can get a personalized site like this.  Check the link at the bottom of the page.

1. Wait till the page completes loading and you see 'The United States of America' instead of 'Country'.  The only options you will see are U.S. and Canada.  If you live outside of North America, simply choose U.S.  When you fill out your complete address, the computer will know what country you are in.
2. Nick Name;  Think 'username'. This will show in the genealogy and can be changed later.
3. Select the Identity type you wish to furnish:  ID=SSN or tax ID, Passport Number, Driver's License Number, EIN.
4. Type in the number of the document choice.
5. Select your initial Member Level: Senior $240, Silver $800, Gold $1600 or Diamond $3200.
6. Put in complete address all on 1 line:  Street, City, State/Province, ZIp.  Leave the Bank Info blank.  You can complete that in your Back Office.  This will be for Direct Deposit of your commissions.
7. Make sure the sponsor listed on this website is who is listed as your Sponsor.
8. If they have given you a Placement ID# to put in the field, type that in.  If they have not, leave blank.
9. Choose shipping method...Delivery or Pick Up at NY office.  *Delivery is made via UPS Ground.  NO DELIVERY to United States Post Boxes.  Private Mailboxes with street address is ok.
10. Address should propagate here. Please check.  If you wish it shipped to someone besides you, change the info in the shipping section.
11. Be sure to enter Zip Code again here.
12. Type in the name of the person receiving the products.
13. Next step is to choose your products.

If there is a payment error, it's usually due to insufficient funds, typo in info, over your limit or your bank stops a charge for a bank from outside U.S.  Simply call the bank and let them know you are making a charge for X amount from ZMD.  You'll be able to process then. If you think you'll have an issue - especially seen with small banks or credit unions, call before you enroll and place order.  
10. Call your sponsor, listed below and let them know you've joined the team.  They'll give you your ID# and information on how to access all our team support materials and get you 'Plugged in for Success'!
